Our Founder
Mariano Errichiello is a strategic advisor and academic with a global track record. At PwC in Latin America and the UK, he advised multinationals on market entry, performance improvement and organisational change. Known for his sharp insight into governance, innovation and stakeholder engagement, Mariano built a vast international network across corporate, government and non-profit sectors.
In 2017, Mariano shifted focus to research and education, inspired by his passion for anthropology and philosophy. Now based at SOAS University of London, his academic work bridges business and the humanities, exploring how communities shape identity and adapt in a globalised world.
